One printer stopped believing software works.
Over ten years they tried it eight times. ERPs, then Google Sheets, then Airtable, then a consultant, then back to paper. Every one of them was too complex, or demanded they change how they work, or needed staff who could type. So the numbers went in late, from memory, or never. They gave up on software and went back to running the factory in their own head.
Out of options, they called us. We stood on their floor and found the real problem: the people doing the work will never be tech savvy, and humans make mistakes.
